Day 1: Arrival in Amritsar

Day 2: Amritsar Sightseeing

After breakfast, visit the historic Jallianwala Bagh, a memorial of the Jallianwala Bagh massacre. Explore the Durgiana Temple, also known as the Silver Temple, known for its intricate architecture. Visit the Partition Museum to learn about the history and impact of the partition of India. In the evening, visit the Wagah Border to witness the ceremonial closing of the India-Pakistan border gates. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Amritsar.

Day 3: Amritsar to Katra (Vaishno Devi Base Camp)

After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Amritsar. Transfer to Katra, the base camp for the Vaishno Devi pilgrimage. Check-in to your hotel in Katra. The rest of the day is free for you to explore the local market or relax in the peaceful surroundings. Overnight stay in Katra.

Day 4: Vaishno Devi Yatra

Early morning, start your trek to the Vaishno Devi shrine. The trek is approximately 12 kilometers and takes about 5-6 hours to complete. Seek blessings at the Vaishno Devi shrine and offer prayers. After darshan, trek back to Katra. Overnight stay in Katra.

Day 5: Katra to Amritsar Departure

After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Katra. Transfer back to Amritsar. Visit any remaining attractions or indulge in some last-minute shopping. Transfer to the Amritsar airport or railway station for your onward journey.
